In a bid to replace the use of paper forms in the public service sector, GovTech created FormSG. This form builder tool enables public officers to create digital government forms within minutes. It can be used to create different types of forms, from visitor health and travel declarations to post in-camp training surveys. FormSG can also be used to collect and facilitate payment transactions with its payment features, making transactions more seamless and secure.
Today, over 160 government agencies have used it to create more than 900,000+ forms and to collect key data from residents and businesses in a secure manner.

COVID-19 pandemic

What's the latest on FormSG?
Magic form builder
Magic form builder (MFB) uses AI to help you kickstart your form creation. Describe the type of form you need, and MFB will generate suggested fields for you. You can choose to keep, edit, re-arrange, or delete the fields as needed.
Local address field
A new "Local address" field is now available to provide a structured and convenient format when collecting addresses. Respondents can key in a 6-digit postal code and the address will be auto-populated based on OneMap's existing data.
Attachment & JSON support for Storage Mode emails
Storage mode now supports email notifications with attachments and JSON, just like in Email mode. Now you can get the best of both modes and never lose a response when it is submitted.
Multi-respondent forms dashboard enhancements
Form admins can now view the workflow status and the pending step of a workflow directly on the Results page and in the CSV. The displayed workflow statuses will differ depending on whether the approval feature is enabled in the workflow.
